We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
At Margaret and Loom, every item is made with care and crafted in-house. We take pride in our attention to detail and quality, ensuring that each piece is personalized just for you.
Our current production time is 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of your order. Once your item is complete, it will be shipped via your selected shipping method at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Need your order sooner? Reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all our items are custom-made, we do not offer returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us! If there’s an issue with your order—such as a defect or mistake—we're happy to offer an exchange or work with you to resolve the problem.
